It all began in 2001, a couple of meetings on the original Honda H100 paved the way for a full season of racing on the upgraded Honda H1000
Micaldo Won The 2002 Am Championship on his Honda H100
Micaldo and T Bone Bliss built a second Honda 100 in anticipation of the 2004 season
The 2004 Season - What an Effort!!!
Two bikes, two riders, 5 meetings and 30 races.Team Mad Dog recorded just 7 DNF's with one brand new bike in the line up, problems associated with new fuel rules and a brand new rider.
Agreed we did not record a championship win in 2004 but we ran hard all year.... T Bone Bliss recorded 2 crashes in the season and Micaldo Combriani just one - although high siding a bike of this type is a remarkable achievement.

Combriani said of T Bone's crashes: 'He's a family man, after the second low side I felt that he needed some decent rubber, and on the bike too. I wouldn't like his wife coming after me'
The Team Mad Dog Racing Honda H100's represented both hours of workshop time and also amazing development of machines that originally put out just 8bhp
The reworked machines produced about 20bhp
But the cost was reliability and the machines were prone to mechanical
failure
TMD #1 is now headed for the National Motorcycle Museum in Bathurst, NSW. TMD #2 has been donated to the Powerhouse Museum in Sydney

..........A great 2004 result and 2005 proved even more interesting:
2004
saw the full introduction of the Moriwaki MW80 machines. Combriani
grabbed a 2nd place at the first round at Eastern Creek, slipped
to 5th place at Wakefield Park and finished 3rd in the 05 championship.
At the 2004 1 Hour Race at Wakefield Park Combriani and Ian Page missed a win on a minor techicality, taking second place with T Bone Bliss and Richard Combriani taking the bronze position in baking hot conditions
In 2005 Combrianin took the Bronze championship position outright and finished 7th outright in the 1 Hour competition with Ian Page
T Bone Bliss's professional film making responsibilities have required him to miss rounds Round 3 & 4 but he still remain the #2 Team Mad Dog Racing pilot
